How to Book?
Booking a Belize vacation package with us is simple and efficient. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Submit an Inquiry: Send us an inquiry detailing your preferences, travel dates, and any special requests. This can be done through our website’s contact/inquire form for immediate processing.
2. Quick Response: Once we receive your inquiry, our team will review the details and respond promptly via email with package options tailored to your needs.
3. Confirmation & Payment: After selecting the preferred package, confirm the booking, and our team will guide you through the payment process. We’ll ensure all details are finalized and provide you with a comprehensive itinerary.

Payment Terms
Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking to confirm. For bookings made within 65 days of travel, full payment is required.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the travel start date. For group bookings of 20 or more, the final payment is due 70 days before the arrival date.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made via USD Wire transfer and major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard & American Express through our secure online payment portal. Payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, natural disasters, pandemics/epidemics, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
Currency & Exchange Rates
All payments are to be made in USD or in some cases BZD. Amoure travel Belize agency is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or fees imposed by banks or credit card companies.
These terms ensure a clear, secure, and fair payment process for all bookings and protect both the agency and the clients.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy
Twenty five percent (25%) of the total package cost is non-refundable once your booking is paid and confirmed
Cancellation made 95 days or more prior to the trip arrival date will be refunded 75% of your total package
Cancellations made 89-50 days prior to the trip arrival date will be refunded 50% of your total package
Cancellations made less than 49 days prior to the trip arrival date shall receive no refund
Cancellations must be sent in writing to reservations@amouretravelbelize.com
Partial Cancellations and Adjustments
Any request to partially cancel or adjust the booking (e.g., removing activities, reducing the length of stay, etc.) will be assessed individually. Adjustments may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Travel Insurance Requirement
We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other potential disruptions. Amoure Travel Belize is not responsible for costs associated with cancellations that fall outside of its control.
